This agreement is between Vacation Jaunt(“we,” “our,” or “us”) and you (“user,” “client,” or “customer”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms.
We are a private consultancy and service provider offering support with travel-related documentation and visa application processes. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government authority. Official government websites may be used to submit applications directly without paying our service fees.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
Passport should have at least six months validity from the date of arrival in India. The passport should have at least two blank pages for stamping by the Immigration Officer.
International Travellers should have return ticket or onward journey ticket,with sufficient money to spend during his/her stay in India.
Applicants are requested to carry a copy of ETA while travelling.
On arrival in India the biometric details of the applicant will be mandatorily captured at Immigration.
The applicant is requested to fill the Visa Application Form accurately and submit the same with the applicable visa fees and mentioned requirements.
Cancellation and Refunds
As soon as the application is paid for, we will begin our service. That means that you cannot get your money back after we have started the service, no matter if your application is cancelled, refused or approved.
Code of Conduct
1). When using our services, you agree not to:
2). Provide false or misleading information.
3). Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
4). Interfere with website security or operations.
5). Misrepresent our services as government-issued.
We are not liable for:
1). Delays, rejections, or changes in government policies.
2). Third-party actions or errors beyond our control.
3). Indirect or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees you paid to us.
