2. Government Fees

Government visa fees are non-refundable once paid or submitted, regardless of visa approval or rejection.

We have no control over government processing decisions or timelines.

International Travellers should have return ticket or onward journey ticket,with sufficient money to spend during his/her stay in India.

3. Visa Outcome

Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective government authorities.

No refunds will be issued in the event of visa refusal, delay, or rejection.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Applications

Refunds will not be issued for:

Duplicate applications

Incorrect information provided by the applicant

Failure to meet eligibility requirements

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
